Smart backorder management

What the Backorder module lets you do

  • Automatic generation: When an invoice is processed and the delivered quantity is lower than the order (missing inventory), an entry is instantly created in the Backorder module.
  • Real-time tracking: When a parts delivery arrives, a purchase order is opened to record the required information.
  • Conversion to invoice: Orders can be closed, partially closed or in draft. Added parts become available to the other modules.
  • Full traceability: Information can be saved and the purchase order left open if needed, for example when something comes up.
