What the Work Orders module lets you do

  • Conversion from an estimate: A work order can be generated from an estimate.
  • Access for mechanics: The work order can be printed or viewed on the shop computer.
  • Status tracking: Status can be set to "New", "In progress" or "Done" as the repairs move along.
  • Adding resources: Parts, services or labour can be added to the work order.
  • Handling delays: Update the status if the job runs past the planned date.
  • Conversion to invoice: Once the job is done, the work order can be turned into an invoice.
