What the Time Clock module lets you do

  • Tablet punch station: A tablet in the garage acts as the station. The employee enters their code, confirms with their PIN, then punches in or out in seconds.
  • Secure pairing: The tablet pairs with an 8-character code — no user account left open at the counter. A lost station can be revoked in one click.
  • Photo at punch (optional): The station can take a photo at each punch, automatically purged after the configured retention period, in compliance with Quebec's Law 25.
  • Time sheets by pay period: Weekly or biweekly, with punch rounding, meal deduction and overtime calculated according to your threshold and multiplier.
  • Traceable corrections: Editing, adding or deleting a punch requires a reason; every change is recorded with its author and date, and the origin (station or manual entry) stays visible.
  • Approval and locking: Approve the period once reviewed, then lock it to freeze the hours before payroll.
  • Payroll exports: CSV for your payroll system, a summary PDF of totals or a detailed PDF the employee can sign.
  • Employee statement: Each employee views their own hours in read-only mode — corrections go through the administrator.
  • Automatic housekeeping: Every night, forgotten punches are closed automatically and expired photos are deleted.
