What the Invoicing module lets you do

  • Direct invoice creation: Generate an invoice without going through an estimate or a work order.
  • Invoice closing: An invoice can be closed once payment has been made.
  • Print and send options: Print the invoice or email it directly from the interface.
  • Invoice search: Search by keywords to find an invoice (customer name, invoice number, date, etc.).
  • Invoice status: Clear distinction between open invoices (red badge) and closed invoices.
  • Services and parts management: Manually add unlisted parts and enter service time in decimals.
  • Payment methods: Choose between standard payment and accounts receivable for business customers.
  • Integrated accounting: Once closed, the invoice is recorded in the general ledger.
