USER AGREEMENT
In this agreement, the term "application" refers to the AUTOCARRO application.
IMPORTANT: Read this license carefully before using the
AUTOCARRO application. The right to use this application is granted only if the customer accepts the terms of this agreement.

Upon payment of the applicable one-time license fee(s), LOGINYX grants you a license to use the application subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. The application may be used on multiple workstations according to the terms of the purchased subscription.
2. In the event that, to reduce the cost of acquiring a subscription, several parties contributed to its payment, the application may not be used by several garages grouped under the same banner. The license is granted to ONE garage only: the one that ordered and paid for the application subscription.
3) It is strictly forbidden:
- to disassemble, decompile or decode the application.
- to make, by any means whatsoever, copies of the application or of the videos dedicated to the technical training of users.
- to rent the application to a third party, whether free of charge or for a fee.
- to use the application or its documentation for the purpose of designing, distributing or marketing a similar or derivative product.
- to translate the application into another language or programming language for the purpose of adapting it to another machine.
4. LOGINYX reserves the right to terminate this license in the event of a breach.
5. The application is protected by copyright law. Any partial or total reproduction and/or distribution is strictly prohibited. Any person who fails to comply with these provisions will be guilty of infringement and liable to the penalties provided by law.
6. This user license does not confer any right, title or ownership of the application. LOGINYX is the sole owner of the application.
7. LOGINYX shall in no event be liable for damages resulting from misuse of the application by the customer or end user. In this respect, any financial or commercial loss suffered by the customer or end user, any loss of time, data, information or business contracts, and any action of any kind against the customer constitute indirect damages that do not give rise to compensation. LOGINYX disclaims any liability resulting from any interruption of operation that may occur while using the application.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LOGINYX BE LIABLE TO THE CUSTOMER FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF LOGINYX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. If LOGINYX deems it appropriate, improvements may be made to the application and released without the customer's consent.
9. LOGINYX does not issue refunds except in cases deemed exceptional and at LOGINYX's discretion.
